Master Builders SA recognised the need for confidential mental health support in the building and construction industry which is one of the most high risk sectors for wellbeing challenges. Long hours, high pressure and a culture that often discourages speaking up contribute to issues like stress, drugs and alcohol misuse, bullying and burnout.
To address this, Master Builders SA launched the RISE programme, a state government funded initiative designed to provide support across the sector. Creative Serum was engaged to build a digital platform that would raise awareness, enable access to services and support the programme’s evaluation.
The challenge:
